Hepatitis

Hepatitis refers to the inflammation of the liver resulting in damage to the liver. There are a number of causes and types of Hepatitis but they present with similar type of symptoms. Viral hepatitis is an aggressive type of disease. Most people diagnosed with chronic forms of hepatitis infection need prolonged treatment. Treatment with drugs helps lower the chances of liver failure and prevents you from communicating the infection to others.
