Veenat Imatinib 100 mg Capsules are used for treatment for cancer as a part of chemotherapy. It works by retarding the growth of cancer cells.
Uses
Veenat Imatinib 100 mg Capsules are employed in treating certain types of Leukemias, some bone marrow diseases, a particular variety of skin cancer and some intestinal tumors like gastrointestinal stromal tumors. It also prevents recurrent GIST.

As this medicine causes easy bleeding, please inform your doctor about Imatinib before you avail any kind of medical, surgical, emergency or dental care.
Do not go for live vaccine while you are on a course of Imatinib.
Do not take the medicine when trying to conceive, are pregnant or while breastfeeding.
You must always inform your doctor of pharmacist about your past and present drug allergies or other allergies before taking this medication.Drug allergies to both active ingredients and inactive agents are common.
